How to order: Orders can be placed by calling our Sales Department, toll free, at 1-800-249-5482, ext 214, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (CST). Orders can also be sent via fax to 1-262-790-9106. A minimum order charge of $35.00 will apply.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal Checks will have to clear before the order can be released. Upon approval, terms for commercial accounts are 1%-10, Net 30. Cash discounts do not apply for freight charges. Payments should be in US funds.

Shipping & Handling Charges: All shipments are FOB Factory. BR Metal Technology's products are FOB Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. Bretford Manufacturing's products are FOB Schiller Park, IL 60176 or Franklin Park, IL 60131. Any transportation costs are the obligation of the purchaser.

It is the consignee's responsibility to report lost, shorted or damaged shipments, concealed or otherwise, to the delivering carrier. Inspect all shipments and promptly report any discrepancies immediately to the carrier.

Returns: We believe that you'll be pleased with the products we offer. However, if a product you've purchased from us has to be returned, it must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization Number" which can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-249-5482 ext. 200 or 213. Products being returned should be shipped prepaid.

Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee from 15% to 20% depending on the product, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be 100% complete, in resalable condition and include the original packaging materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Products returned in less than good condition may be subject to additional rework charges.

In the unlikely event you should receive a defective product, it will be accepted for repair, replacement, or credit, at our discretion, within 10 days of the invoice date. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-249-5482, ext. 200 or 213, to obtain the appropriate disposition.

Custom orders or custom produced products are non-returnable.
